If you have not heard of binaural beats, get ready to discover an awesome tool for relaxation. All you need is a pair of headphones (essential for this to work). I listen to binaural beats whenever I want to amp up my personal wellness practice – like on a walk, falling asleep, meditating, getting ready to write, doing yoga, and so on.

Where to find them…
You can find binaural beats in lots of places – youtube, iTunes store, as well as various other sites on the internet. I primarily use youtube and the free app that I got from the iTunes store. I personally recommend Binaural Beats by Aldai Holler. I use this app all the time… it’s really easy to customize and it’s totally free.
Give this method of self care a try… I love it for those times when I’m feeling lost in my mind. You can do a little visualization or check out some gorgeous nature pictures (a simple Google search will produce) and kick back with some binaural beats.
