Tonight I am sharing a meditation I’ve used to relax before bed. I don’t always use guided meditation, but if I am in a funk or having a hard time getting into the mood, a guided meditation is a really nice way to help me get in the zone. It’s also a nice way to add variety to your meditation practice and learn techniques you can use on your own.
At seven minutes, it’s easy to squeeze this quick meditation in before bed. I’ve found that I have better sleep quality when I use relaxation techniques before I call it a night. This is probably because meditation makes me less likely to chase thoughts around as I fall asleep (exhausting!).
